CA Ballot Initiative for Affordable & Accessable Health Care
FTCR is developing a ballot initiative to require insurers to justify premium increases, bar companies from refusing to sell coverage or charge more based on our health histories, and protect Californians from proposals by the Governor and Legislature requiring people to buy insurance without any cap on what insurers can charge.
Please take a moment to send a free fax to your state legislators and Governor Schwarzenegger and urge them to reject any plan that requires Californians to buy health insurance without capping what insurers can charge.
Petition Congress to Dump Private Insurers, Fix Health Care

Tell Congress: "It's time to eliminate the private health insurance industry and cover everyone with Universal Medicare."
